1878 White Model A Sewing Machine in a Style 9 Cabinet - "The Ladies' Companion"

I just bought this sewing machine just about two months ago in the beginning of August.  It's an 1878 White Model A vibrating shuttle sewing machine.  This machine is housed in a fancy Style 9 cabinet.  This sytle of cabinet must have been commonly referred to as "Style 9" as I've seen other sewing machine brands refer to this cabinet style as "Style 9".  Based on the advertisement below it appears that this machine/cabinet combo was referred to as "The Ladies' Companion".  I'm not sure what it is about this style of cabinet but if you couldn't tell I love them (I have several).  This particular cabinet is unique as it has carvings of the portrait of a man and woman's head in each of the doors.

The cabinet is in overall good condition.  The machine is not in great condition but I haven't seen another Model A with the WSM initials on the bed.  I'm torn as to whether or not to look for a nicer Model A to install in the cabinet or just make this one as nice as it can be.  If you have opinions.....comment, and let me know!  Since I have many other machines to work on I have lots of time to think about what to do.  Stay tuned for updates!

Below are the pictures from the FB Marketplace ad.

Below are some additional pictures that I took after bringing the machine home.
