Today I'm sharing another 1923 Singer 127 with Sphinx (or Memphis) decals. Serial number G0532298 which was issued on December 18, 1923. If you follow my blog you'll know that I own an identical machine except it's housed in a No. 31 drawing room cabinet. This machine is one of the first machines that I ever purchased. It was found in a local second hand store in Monongahela, PA. It's in great condition and sews a perfect stitch. Singer produced astronomical numbers of these machines so it's in no way rare or even uncommon. But, it is a good looking and fabulous sewing machine.....and the original hand crank makes it a little more desirable. Below are some detail pictures. Enjoy!
