Today I'm sharing my 1961 Singer "Red S" 221K. Serial number ES245929 which was issued on January 10, 1961. I picked this machine up in the mountains of West Virginia. Other than a slight clean up and oiling what you see in the pics is the way I purchased the machine. Overall it's in great condition with just slight wear on the center decal. The case is in really good shape and doesn't smell. It came with a set of attachments, original manual, and tube of oil. This machine sews a wonderful stitch as do most featherweights. I have to say that I'm not a huge featherweight fan although I do own several including a Centennial, a Schoolbell, this Red S, and a few others. That being said, I would consider selling this machine so if anyone is interested in owning this machine please let me know. Enjoy the pics!
